Our vision as the Familia Semilla church (Mustard Seed): To reclaim our identity as children of God, developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through His Word, His Spirit, and His church.

The strategy given to us by God to bring each member is based on three pillars:

1. Expository preaching system of the Word verse by verse.
2. Inductive method of studying the Word (observation, interpretation, application) to develop a personal relationship with God.
3. Reproductive cycle of the body of Christ:
   1. Seed-bearing Cells: Where we persevere in the study of the Word, communion with one another, and prayers (Acts 2:42). Integrity, Interest, and Focus are developed here, leading naturally to healthy multiplication.
   2. Basic Discipleship: To cultivate a uniform way of thinking and feeling in unity. We encourage all members to engage in the "Planted in Good Soil" discipleship:

      • Learning to Pray
      • Building a Happy Home
      • The Secret of Healthy Finances
      • Learning to be the Church
